Re-engaging School Dropouts — A Step Towards Dignity and a Brighter Future

Across our communities, there are countless young people whose education was cut short — not because they lacked talent or ambition, but because life got in the way.
Some dropped out due to financial struggles.
Some lost confidence after failing once or twice.
And many young girls were pulled back simply because their families wouldn’t let them travel for schooling.
But what unites them all is an unbroken desire to learn — a spark that refuses to fade.
To reignite that spark, the Al Ansaar Team, in collaboration with Yuva Café, conducted an NIOS Orientation Session for youth currently engaged in skill-based training. The session shed light on how open schooling through NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) can help them reclaim their academic journey — from the comfort of home, without giving up their work or responsibilities.
Education is more than a certificate — it is a key to dignity, opportunity, and recognition. It tells every young person: You matter. Your dreams matter.
Al Ansaar has stepped forward to ensure that these youth are not left behind again. Our team will personally guide them through NIOS registration, study support, and exam preparation — walking with them every step of the way toward becoming qualified, confident, and independent.
This is our second successful year of collaboration with Yuva Café. We are proud that over 25 students are ready for enrollment this year, and 5 students successfully appeared for exams last year — each one a story of resilience and hope.
Yet, beyond these numbers lie hundreds more young lives waiting for a chance — a push, a hand, a path back to education.
Let’s not allow them to be forgotten. Let’s bring them back where they belong — in the classroom, in the workforce, and in society’s future.
