Pratibha Karanji 2025– Karnataka Government’s Celebration of Talent in School Children

Pratibha Karanji is a flagship initiative of the Karnataka State Government designed to discover, encourage, and celebrate the hidden talents of government school children. This inspiring programme opens a world of possibilities for young learners by giving them a stage where their abilities are recognised, nurtured, and celebrated. Through a wide range of cultural, literary, and artistic events, students gain the confidence to express themselves, break their inhibitions, and showcase their true potential.

This year, as in the past, Al Ansaar Trust had the privilege of supporting and participating in these vibrant events across various clusters of South Bengaluru. Our team visited multiple schools to encourage the children and witness their remarkable performances.

A Celebration of Diverse Talent

Across all venues, the atmosphere was filled with energy, creativity, and youthful enthusiasm. Children took to the stage with confidence, performing in a variety of categories such as:

Singing and dancing

Urdu and English recitations

Desh Bhakti Geete

Ghazal and Qawwali

Drawing and painting

Rangoli

Clay modelling

Mimicry

Debate and elocution

And many more artistic and literary events

It was truly heartwarming to see government school children—many of whom rarely get such opportunities—shine brightly and perform with passion.

Recognising Excellence

At the end of each event, students took home trophies and certificates as a proud reminder of their hard work, dedication, and talent. Those who excelled have now qualified to represent their schools at the Taluk-level competitions, taking a significant step forward in their journey.
